About Cacao Ceremony & Conscious Dance Gatherings

Ceremonial cacao is pure chocolate in its most natural form, undergoing minimal refinement and with no added ingredients.

Packed with nutrients, antioxidants, amino acids, and neurotransmitters, it also contains anti-inflammatory and cardio-protective properties.

Cacao naturally generates a feeling of positivity and joy, uplifting and relaxing us, with a special focus on the heart. It helps bring clarity and encourages a meditative state, which is why we often set an intention during the ceremony. What would you like to manifest in your life and in the world?

For thousands of years, ceremonial cacao has been used in rituals by the native peoples of Central and South America. In recent decades, its transformative power has spread to Europe, North America and beyond. By drinking cacao, we connect with the spirit of the plant, embracing its energy, which is deeply linked to femininity, abundance and fertility.

In case you would like to participate but prefer not to drink cacao, you can opt for tea or water instead. Remember, the dance itself is a powerful medicine, and you will experience its benefit whether or not you consume cacao, or with just a smaller amount. Allow yourself to connect with the vibrant cacao energy that will be invited into the space and shared with all.

In this magical evening we use cacao to help us become more present and rooted in the heart. We dance with the energy of the elements earth, water, fire and air. Grounding, flowing, connecting with our power and letting go. We have an intention and use the medicine of dance and cacao to support us to release any blockages and move towards that intention.

We connect with ourselves and each other and celebrate life through music & movement.
